This is the second time he has received such an award. The previous one was awarded in 2008.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> In total, he has published 15 articles in this <\/span><span class=\"s2\">famous <\/span><span class=\"s2\">journal <\/span><span class=\"s2\">and he is the main non-Japanese contributor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s2\">Prof. Dr. Stoyan Nedeltchev <\/span><span class=\"s2\">has obtained a DEng degree (1999) from Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan). In addition, he has been a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow (2002-2004) at the same University. <\/span><span class=\"s2\">From November, 2018 to February, 2019 Prof. Nedeltchev was an invited lecturer at Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan). In total, he has spent five and half years at this <\/span><span class=\"s2\">famous <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Institution<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> in Japan<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. He is doing his best to represent Bulgaria in Japan as best he can and to strengthen the scientific cooperation between both countries. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s2\">Prof. Nedeltchev has been awarded twice with a Fulbright grant. In the academic year 2001\/2022 he performed a postdoctoral research at the Washington University in St. Louis (USA). <\/span><span class=\"s2\">In the case of the second grant<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> <\/span><span class=\"s2\">(<\/span><span class=\"s2\">2009<\/span><span class=\"s2\">)<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> he spent five months at the University <\/span><span class=\"s2\">of<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> Pittsburgh (USA). <\/span><span class=\"s2\">In addition, he has been awarded with a Marie Curie International Fellowship (EU), Humboldt and DAAD Fellowships (Germany)<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Takase<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> Foundation Scholarship (Japan), etc.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\"><span class=\"s2\">Currently Prof. Dr<\/span><span class=\"s2\">.
