Prior to his current roles, Tzvetomir Todorov has served in many executive positions, including as managing director of the Bulgarian-American Enterprise Fund and chairman of the Fulbright Commission in Bulgaria as well as chairman of the Bulgarian Fulbright Alumni Association. Mr. Todorov received a LL.M. degree from NYU, a Master of Laws degree from Sofia University and a Doctor of Law degree from Sofia University, and he has multiple specializations from prestigious international institutions such as Georgetown University, Asser Institute, and the Hague Academy of International Law.
