Cultural and Educational Affairs Officer, US Embassy in Bulgaria

Brent LaRosa is the Cultural Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Sofia. He is responsible for the U.S. Government’s cultural and education programming in Bulgaria. His previous diplomatic assignments include Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, and Washington,D.C.. Prior to his work in the Foreign Service, Mr. LaRosa was a school teacher, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and a Master of Liberal Arts from McDaniel College.
